Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning and delivery of our ServiceNow IT modernization project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outlining and supporting all aspects of work related to this project, including planning and delivery activities, managing communications across stakeholder groups, and tracking timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Support the development of timelines, teams, and plans for the given project
- Progress Tracking and Risk Management: Coordinate and track progress and risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and solve any problems related to the project or program
- Status Reporting and Performance Tracking: Conduct status reporting and performance tracking to evaluate the program
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between relevant teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in programming management and agile methodology
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and ServiceNow
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
