Role Overview
As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions with a particular focus on the HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. Key Responsibilities
- Outcome-Driven Accountability: Embrace and drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes. Develop solutions that solve complex HR problems with valuable outcomes ensuring high-quality lean designs and process improvements.
- Leadership and Advocacy: Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions ensuring architectural integrity feasibility and alignment with business and customer goals NFRs and applicable architecture and engineering standards.
- Engineering Craftsmanship: Possess passion and experience as an individual contributor responsible for the engineering designs and technical feasibility of solutions contributing to team velocity and actively engaging with engineers to ensure architecture is understood and can be implemented.
- Customer-Centric Engineering: Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs engage with customers and product teams to deliver the right architectural solution in the right way at the right time.
- Incremental and Iterative Delivery: Exhibit a mindset that favors action and evidence over extensive planning utilizing a leaning-forward approach to navigate complexity and uncertainty delivering lean supportable and maintainable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration: Work collaboratively with empowered cross-functional teams including product management experience delivery infrastructure and security integrate diverse perspectives to make well-informed decisions that balance feasibility viability usability and value. The US Deloitte Technology Product Engineering team has modernized software and product delivery creating a scalable cost-effective model that focuses on value/outcomes leveraging a progressive and responsive talent structure. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- ServiceNow Certification: Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience: 6+ years utilizing ServiceNow (HRSD module preferred).
- Language: English.
- Travel: Up to 10% based on work requirements. Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree or higher.
- AI/ML Experience: 3+ years experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Architecture and Integration: Expert knowledge in HR processes best practices designing HRSD workflows case management employee service centers integration techniques tools and more.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data modeling migration integration data privacy and security regulations Common Service Data Model (CSDM) SQL stored procedures indexing performance analytics and designing dashboards reports.
- Platform Performance: In-depth knowledge of performance tuning in ServiceNow ability to troubleshoot identify bottlenecks establish RCA for system performance issues and more.
