ServiceNow's SPM Developer @ Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team at Ender-IT. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in Demand and Project Management modules.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) principles and be able to design and develop customized workflows that support enterprise-wide project execution.

Must-Haves:

• 4–5 years of hands-on development experience
• 2–3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow SPM Experience, not just experience with ServiceNow
• Deep familiarity with SPM modules—especially Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Demonstrated experience building flows, APIs, and integrations (especially with Jira or similar systems)

Plus-Ses:

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, SPM
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Agile 2.0
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics
• Familiarity with Atlassian products
• Experience in the Strategic Planning and/or Standard Reporting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain custom workflows, record producers, and catalog items within ServiceNow's SPM suite
• Develop and support integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, including Jira and other enterprise tools
• Modify and extend core SPM modules (Demand and Project) through scripting and configuration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic planning, and EDAP requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support platform performance tuning, analytics, and standard reporting where needed
