Job Title: Software Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for automation and digital transformation to join our core engineering team in our expanding Miami office. Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Next-Gen ServiceNow Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform, ensuring a scalable, flexible, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs.
- Automation Implementation: Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and enhance operational workflows.
- Cloud Integration: Utilize Azure cloud services to build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure automation workflows, integrating them seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.
- Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities, re-engineer workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to integrate innovative automation solutions across the organization.
- Reporting: Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to track automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs. Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering or IT operations with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in ServiceNow automation, including workflow design, script development, and platform experience with Azure cloud services and associated automation tools and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. About Apollo:
