Job Title: ServiceNow SAM SME

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at AIT-Global. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience and a deep understanding of SAM processes.

The consultant should be local to Dallas, TX, or Reston, VA, as the position is currently remote. However, the consultant may be required to work onsite at Fannie Mae in the future. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level guidance on SAM processes and best practices.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using ServiceNow's platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAM-related issues.

Requirements:

• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAM processes and best practices.
• SAM certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Conditions:

• Remote work arrangement with potential for onsite work at Fannie Mae.
• Local presence in Dallas, TX, or Reston, VA, preferred.
