As a consulting contractor, you will be an integral part of the Technology Solutions organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Influence the Managed Services technology stack, support systems, and tooling design to deliver great customer experiences.
• Work closely with the Product Management team to define customer requirements for the streamlined Managed Network Services (MNS) offering.
• Drive these requirements with the IT, Network, Technology and vendor organizations to deliver these solutions across the quote, order, bill, and support experiences. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
• Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of ServiceNow deployment and development experience in providing B2B advanced networking, SaaS or telecommunications solutions.
• Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, rapid prototyping and analytics.
• Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. Technical Experience:
• Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solution.
• Analyze existing Verizon applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement and further integration with ServiceNow.
• Integrate and Deploy AI tools help isolate and reduce incident impact.
• Extensive experience on Developer Portal & API for Service Now.

• Service Bridge
