Job Title: ServiceNow Cloud Discovery Engineer

Relevant Experience:

10-12 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments. Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience on ServiceNow Cloud Discovery technology with heterogeneous environments.
• Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing and configuring ITOM CloudDiscovery solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing, configuring, and upgrading MID servers.
• Locating and mapping all IT assets by scanning the network and using recognition software or custom build scripts to identify components within.
• Troubleshooting data to day discovery issues in ServiceNow.
• Loading required key pairs and certificates for Code Signing.
• Preparing Circle of Trust certificates.
• Importing and installing certificates for Circle of Trust.
• Creating Code Signing key pairs and certificates.
• Providing Root Cause analysis on incidents, performing complex tasks in virtual environments.
• Analyzing end-end system performance issues.
• Collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Developing technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements to support ServiceNow implementation projects. Generic Managerial Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.

Education: Bachelor/Master degree.
