ServiceNow Communications and Training Specialist
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Communications and Training specialist to support our enterprise ServiceNow implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing communications campaigns from start to finish, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system or process-based solutions.
You will formulate training plans and activities to support our client's initiatives and develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using various communication materials and media.
Your responsibilities will include enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications, knowledge base articles, navigating evolving communication processes, and establishing best practice guidelines for communication and engagement.
You will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop rollout strategies, focus groups, pilots, technology adoption campaigns, and other effective communication methods to meet program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communications campaigns from end to end
- Formulate training plans and activities to support client initiatives
- Develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages
- Enable design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
- Navigate evolving communication processes and establish best practices
- Shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
About You:
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementation communications
- Experience with communications, technical writing, and training support for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, public health analysts, or scientists
- Ability to independently draft communications about complex technical information with a set of stakeholders from business and technical organizations
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have:
- Experience in strategic communications for IT system implementation planning
- Writing and editing material in a journalistic style for publication on workforce messages and newsletters
Vetting:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
