As a Platform Developer, you design, configure, script, and ensure a successful deployment on the ServiceNow FSM platform by working closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements. You will complete the development of the agreed-upon solution.
Certification:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
- Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD
Good-to-Have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
- Experience in implementing at least one complex FSM project
- Strongly preferred: Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience Required:
10+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration.
Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.
Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators.
Plus: Experience working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.
