The Business Process Consultant plays a key role in delivering industry best practices, working closely with customers to achieve their business objectives in ITSM. As part of an implementation team, this individual leads all process change aspects of project/solution delivery and maintains a trusted advisor status with the customer throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to manage business change within their organization
  • Drive awareness of industry trends to deliver the best solutions
    • Work with Technical Leads to apply ServiceNow best practices to the client's environment
  • Prioritize process recommendations against business value outcomes and meet success criteria Requirements
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in ITSM-related process and platform implementation engagements
  • Experience in process definition, mapping, and advising towards best practice and continuous improvement
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
  • 3+ years' experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) Benefits
