Senior ServiceNow Consultant and Architect Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant and Architect to lead short-term consulting assignments in the customer environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Predictive AIOps capabilities, ITAM, Enterprise Architecture, and Strategic Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery efforts to design an approach and roadmap for transforming IT Service Management, asset management, and enterprise architecture functions using ServiceNow technology products.
• Assess current ServiceNow implementations and recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, and continual transformation.
• Work as a solution consultant and architect for new product implementation in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Portfolio Management.
• Support presales and solutioning efforts for RFPs, proactive opportunities, as an expert in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop thought leadership strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends. Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in solution consulting/advisory & architecture, with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Predictive AIOps capabilities, ITAM, Enterprise Architecture, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on Technology Workflows.
• Good understanding of BFSI regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of technology and Service Management knowledge, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates with ServiceNow CSA, CIS - EA/APM, CIS - Discovery/Service Mapping, CIS - SPM, CIS - ITSM, CIS - HAM/SAM certifications, or TOGAF equivalent architecture framework certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments using SCRUM methodology.
• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance background.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow non-IT product portfolio. Soft Skills:

• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a leader, navigating through matrix environments and ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
