Job Title: Senior IT Analyst/Programmer Location: 100% Remote Equipment Provided: No

Scope of Work: This role centers on the remediation of customized ServiceNow scripts based on findings from system health assessments. Tasks include correcting:

• Scripts missing isLoading checks
• Client-side use of GlideRecord
• Hard-coded IDs
• Use of eval()
• Use of console.log() in production code
• Use of improperly named variables (e.g., gr)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support software solutions and/or vendor-supplied systems
• Maintain software applications and related hardware across multiple environments
• Document requirements, designs, and support plans
• Collaborate across technical and business teams
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Lead and support multiple concurrent projects

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong JavaScript development background
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and across teams
• Experience in healthcare technology and vendor-supported applications
• Effective system design and project management experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
• OR
• Associate’s degree + 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)Preferred:

Master’s degree in applicable field
