Senior ServiceNow Developer (35436-MMCC)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our ServiceNow development team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ITSM applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Customize and configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement ITIL best practices within the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM applications and the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI development, and integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting within ITSM contexts. Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
