ServiceNow Developer/Architect

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer/Architect to support the management of ServiceNow from vision to production-ready, solving our clients' most complex challenges. You will apply your expertise in ServiceNow, using low code/no code techniques to improve the digital environment. You will use the latest cloud tools as you guide your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge, you will work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

• ServiceNow Development Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, CSM, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
• Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) at scale is needed
• Experience with web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, Python or ColdFusion
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration
• Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
• Experience coordinating and leading client workshops
• Experience with scoped delegated development in a multi-vendor environment
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Position Requirements:
