ServiceNow Lead Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow professional to join our team at United Software Group. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture.
• Develop test cases and data.
• Execute tests, collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews, and document applications for maintenance.
• Assist with platform selection, integration, and configuration of solutions.
• Develop software components and hardware for emerging technology projects aligning with business strategies.
• Provide consultation and best practices guidance to junior staff.
• Analyze client requirements and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure quality and compliance of project deliverables. Technical Requirements:
• ITOM & Discovery: Configuration into CMDB, Probes & Sensors, MID Server, Service Mapping, Connectors.
• Service Graph & Mapping: Implementation and CI Relationship Management.
• Configurations: ITBM, HRSD, CSM, Business Rules, Scripts, UI & Data Policies, Access Control.
• Integration & Automation: Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., Salesforce, WorkDay, Azure, etc.).
• Performance Analytics: Dashboard and report design and implementation.
• ITSM: Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem Management.
• Migration & Upgrade: Version upgrades, ATF, Update set migration.
• Service Portal and Service Catalog Experience. PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Financial Scenario Planning REQUIREMENTS:

ServiceNow System Administration Certification preferred; degree not required. Available locations include Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; and Phoenix, AZ. A hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 remote is offered.
