Job Description
The Communications and Training Specialist will support an enterprise ServiceNow implementation, managing communications campaigns from end to end. This includes collaborating across functional teams to implement system or process-based solutions.
The specialist will formulate training plans and activities to support client initiatives, developing strategies and key messages in clear language using various communication materials and media.
This role enables the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications, knowledge base articles, navigation of evolving communication processes, and establishment of best practice guidelines for communication and engagement.
The specialist will nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop roll out strategies, focus groups, pilots, technology adoption campaigns, and other effective communication methods to meet program goals.
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementation communications, technical writing, and training support.
- Experience with communications planning while adhering to organizational approval and clearance processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, public health analysts, or scientists.
- Ability to independently draft communications about complex technical information with stakeholders from business and technical organizations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice To Have
- Experience in strategic communications for IT system implementation planning.
- Writing and editing material in a journalistic style for publication on workforce messages and newsletters.
