ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect
As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration: Work collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security.
You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality, outcome-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will be a role model and mentor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Technical Proficiency:
- Possess deep expertise in modern software engineering practices and principles, including OOD/OOP, Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD implementation, from conceptualization and design to implementation and scaling. Domain Expertise:
- Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or implemented ServiceNow modules.
- Translate business/user needs and UX/UI designs into technical requirements and designs. Effective Communication and Influence:
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels through well-structured arguments and trade-offs supported by evidence, evaluations, and research.
The team is US Deloitte Technology Product Engineering, which has modernized software and product delivery, creating a scalable, cost-effective model that focuses on value/outcomes.
This position can work remotely from any of the job posting's listed cities within the continental United States. However, much of this team is based in Nashville, TN and the surrounding area. Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- 6+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow (HRSD module preferred).
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
