Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work with a leading global pharmaceutical company and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Understand what ServiceNow is.
• Understand what the Citizen Approach within ServiceNow is.
• Configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Developing, maintaining, and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Managing incidents and requests through the platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyzing system performance issues and providing corrective actions.
• Implementing security policies using ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles and groups.
• Documenting processes and technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD.
• Experience with Citizen development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
