ServiceNow Automation

Role Summary:

Our company, Diverse Lynx LLC, is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of ServiceNow Automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, as well as strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks and scripting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated test cases within ServiceNow.
• Develop and implement test plans, execute tests, and report results for ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external automation or CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow automation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and custom applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Automation Testing Framework (ATF).
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills related to ServiceNow automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
