We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow application within our enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure well-documented requirements.
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
• Deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects. Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT industry experience and 5+ years of relevant experience from the specified domain.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, BCM applications & integrations, Platform performance and monitoring, Platform upgrades.
• Sound technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Relevant ServiceNow certification, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Glide Scripting & JavaScript programming experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Workflow and UI development, and Service Portal Concepts.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience working in an Agile model.
• Prior experience working for US and UK-based customers.
