Role Overview

As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, with a particular focus on the HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers.

Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module will be pivotal in delivering solutions that meet client needs, delight users, and drive tangible value for our business investments.

You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality, outcome-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Outcome-Driven Accountability: Embrace and drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes. Develop solutions that solve complex HR problems with valuable outcomes, ensuring high-quality, lean designs
  • Leadership and Advocacy: Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals, NFRs, and applicable architecture and engineering standards
  • Engineering Craftsmanship: Possess passion and experience as an individual contributor, responsible for the engineering designs and technical feasibility of solutions, being hands-on with design as well as configuration part of the time, contributing to team velocity
  • Customer-Centric Engineering: Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs
  • Incremental and Iterative Delivery: Exhibit a mindset that favors action and evidence over extensive planning
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration: Work collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess deep expertise in modern software engineering practices and principles, including OOD/OOP, Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
  • Domain Expertise: Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or implemented ServiceNow modules
  • Effective Communication and Influence: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly
  • Engagement and Collaborative Co-Creation: Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from team members to senior executives

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow (HRSD module preferred)
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g. Masters), 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI), experience across Architecture and Integration, Data Management, and Platform Performance
