Onsite - Sr ServiceNow Developer - CMDB & ITOM Expert

Job Title: Sr ServiceNow Developer - CMDB/ITOM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM (IT Operations Management)

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations with a focus on CMDB and ITOM.
• Lead ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementations to ensure accurate CI data population.
• Configure and optimize CMDB data model, reconciliation rules, and identification rules.
• Integrate third-party monitoring and management tools into ServiceNow ITOM.
• Create and maintain automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration. Requirements:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise in CMDB design, data model, reconciliation, and data integrity.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CI relationships, MID server configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certified in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB / ITOM (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
