ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Developer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to develop strategies for leveraging ServiceNow services and capabilities.

Design and implement agile-based work plans and schedules for development activities.

Lead a team of developers in delivering work products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Ensure that work products align with customer requirements and expectations.

Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management. Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, IT Business Management, Customer Service Management, Security Operations, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and Human Resources.
• ServiceNow Solutions Architect experience.
• Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.
• Background in Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certification is preferred.
• Hold certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS. Desirable Qualifications:
• Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules.
• ServiceNow Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR Certification.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
