Main Responsibilities: ">

1. Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys. ">

3. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, test, and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations. ">

4. Analyze and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to senior analysts or management as needed. ">

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve processes and drive innovation. ">

Requirements: ">

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ">

2. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or a related field. ">

3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, including configuration, customization, and integration. ">

4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ">
