ServiceNow Developer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Freelance - 6-12 Months - Remote

Next Ventures are working with a global consultancy that requires a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their client's team.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. They should have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and be able to build scalable and efficient solutions.

This is a 6-12 month contract + extension position, which can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices.
