ServiceNow Developer - Freelance - 6-12 Months - Remote

Next Ventures are collaborating with a global consultancy to find a skilled ServiceNow Developer for their client.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, as well as a deep understanding of ITSM processes and the ability to build scalable and efficient solutions.

This role is for a 6-12 month contract + extension, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices.
