Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design solutions and specifications based on our clients' needs and UX4MATION's expertise.
- Lead workshops to build a shared and detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented.
- Configure and integrate the ServiceNow solution while developing new applications.
- Support change management for our clients and users (communication, training, tailored support, IT, and business transformation).
- Participate in pre-sales activities alongside our ServiceNow platform specialists.

Your Technical Skills:
- You hold a degree from a top engineering or business school and are passionate about new technologies, especially ServiceNow, and their impact on IT and business operations.
- You are proficient in various programming languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Services, etc.).
- You are dynamic and team-oriented, eager to contribute to large-scale projects within a leading company with international growth ambitions.
- You have strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- You are adaptable and curious, excited to work in a team environment to share expertise and enthusiasm for new technologies.
- You are willing to travel within France and internationally – so you must be fluent in English.
