ServiceNow Developer

We are collaborating with a global consultancy to find a skilled ServiceNow Developer for their client's team.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and be able to create scalable and efficient solutions.

This is a 6-12 month contract + extension opportunity, working remotely. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions. Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development and ITSM processes, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
