We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our clients team on a 6-12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your technical skills and experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM processes, software development, and data modeling. You will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
