Job Description: UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX designer to join our ServiceNow team at UX4MATION.

Your Missions:

• Design solutions and specifications based on our clients' needs and UX4MATION's expertise.
• Lead workshops to build a shared and detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented.
• Configure and integrate the ServiceNow solution while developing new applications.
• Support change management for our clients and users (communication, training, tailored support, IT, and business transformation).
• Participate in pre-sales activities alongside our ServiceNow platform specialists.

Your Technical Skills:

• You have graduated from a top engineering or business school.
• You are passionate about new technologies, especially ServiceNow, and their impact on IT and business operations.
• You are proficient in various programming languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Services, etc.).
