- Design solutions and specifications based on our clients' needs and UX4MATION's expertise.
- Lead workshops to build a shared and detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented.
- Configure and integrate the ServiceNow solution while developing new applications.
- Support change management for our clients and users (communication, training, tailored support, IT, and business transformation).
- Participate in pre-sales activities alongside our ServiceNow platform specialists. What We Offer
