ServiceNow Portal Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Portal Engineer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Portal Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH (must be able to work 5 days a week onsite)

What's the Job?

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Portal applications using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Design and implement workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to influence application development strategies.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with AngularJS.
• Proven experience in integration work with tools such as Jira and ADO.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Relevant certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred.
