Platform Architect – ServiceNow

As the Platform Architect, you will be the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports scalable service delivery. You will be part of the Platform department, which is responsible for developing and maintaining all technical solutions supporting our cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure the platform architecture supports the organisation's strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Guide architectural decisions for platform upgrades, integrations, and migrations
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow advancements and emerging technologies
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship within the ServiceNow team
• Maintain a comprehensive architectural overview of the platform
• Contribute to platform development, including application design, configuration, and user interface improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven ability to work with both business and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in both Norwegian or Swedish or Danish and English, written and spoken
• Self-motivated, structured, and a team-oriented mindset
• A passion for learning and continuous improvement
