ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer for a 20-month remote contract engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in the platform, encompassing both functional and technical knowledge to provide guidance and support for delivering solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining CMDB, Asset Management, and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories with an excellent understanding of infrastructure configurations, CI classes, and their relationships.
• Administering MID Servers and configuring Service Graph Connectors.
• Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules, including platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities.
• Implementing Integrated Risk Management with a focus on Policy Compliance Management, Risk, and Audit Management.
• Implementing HAM and SAM while integrating third-party applications using REST APIs and SOAP.
• Utilizing Integration Hub and Flow Designer to create integrations and automate processes.
• Working with Platform Analytics, Process Mining, and Process Automation.
• Performing Platform upgrades and clones, as well as evaluating and implementing Security Center alerts.
