Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM / ITSM Technical Consultant to join our team. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, with certifications in ITOM, ITSM, or ITAM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and create technical design documents.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM, ITSM, or ITAM.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Demand, Project, Project Financials, and Resource management.
• Programming skills in the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
