As a key member of our Slalom Technologists, you'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to design, implement, and maintain innovative IT solutions that drive business value. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses. You'll be responsible for:

• Proposing and architecting ServiceNow solution delivery based on client requirements
• Leading the delivery of ServiceNow solutions through estimation, user story creation, and testing
• Developing technical deliverables that meet high standards of quality and accuracy
• Collaborating with business process owners and SMEs to validate customer requirements and develop tailored solutions Your Background and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including implementation and technical best practices
• Experience working with business stakeholders to identify and address complex business problems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, PowerShell, MySQL, CSS, and web services (REST/SOAP, XML, and HTML)
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3)
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology and ITIL or IT4IT certification What We Offer
