Job Title: Event Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced event management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a drive to learn and improve service quality, effective collaboration and communication skills, and technical expertise. About the Role:

• Provide day-to-day support for event management tools, ensuring high availability and security.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM-Health solutions to monitor and manage IT infrastructure health.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM-Health modules, including Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITOM-Health. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Implement and manage CI correlation to ensure accurate mapping and relationships between configuration items.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITOM-Health.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM-Health modules and capabilities.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM). About Us:
