• Create and deliver platform solutions considering long-term technical architecture and process design
• Support platform-wide process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during customer workshops
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to enhance existing processes
• Lead design workshops and guide customers in completing necessary documentation
• Develop integration components and oversee technical project delivery and solution implementation What is Required (Qualifications):
• United States Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
• 3 years of experience working in U.S. federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC)
• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• ServiceNow security experience, including Vault, Edge Encryption, and Data Privacy
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO
• Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
