Senior ServiceNow Developer

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to join our team and support the ongoing customization and development of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our Service Management and Technology Services teams, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing the platform to meet our business and process needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize forms, workflows, and other features using ServiceNow platform
• Utilize strong background in JavaScript development to build and maintain complex applications
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Service Management and Technology Services
• Work on ongoing development, customization, and enhancement projects to support the growth of the team
• Participate in Phase 3 of the ServiceNow implementation, including upgrading and customizing the platform

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong background in JavaScript development
• Experience building forms, workflows, and other features using ServiceNow platform
• Experience with multiple CMS tools, such as Jelli and Glide
• Proven track record as a "Doer" with hands-on development experience in recent roles
