We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Manager to join our team. This critical role will oversee the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to tracking and retirement.

The initial function of this role will be to assist with the implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro. As a business analyst and technical writer, you'll play a key part in process documentation, data analysis, testing, and more.

In this role, you'll lead a team that manages inventory processes, asset records, and interfaces to ensure data accuracy of assets valuing greater than $1 billion. You'll interact with all levels of the IT organization and key business areas to manage the asset inventory in the most cost-effective way. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement asset management strategies that align with business objectives.
• Partner with asset discovery teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset records.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to IT asset management.
• Perform regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on asset management best practices and compliance requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying informed about new features and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset management processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management with other IT service management processes. Requirements:
• 5+ years of asset management experience - subject matter expert of hardware asset management practices.
• Understanding of finance and procurement (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets, sourcing).
• Proficient in the use of ServiceNow HamPro.
• Experience with Ariba, Excel, Visio.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more.
• 3+ years of experience working with internal and/or external audit teams.
• Experience working with major hardware vendors (IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.).
• Hardware Asset Manager certification (CHAMP).
• Collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Proficient in technical writing.
• Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, create action plans, assess impact, and develop resolution options. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow CMDB and SAMPro Experience.
• Certified Software Asset Management certification (CSAM).
• MicroFocus Asset Manager experience.
• Reporting experience (MS Access, Power BI, etc.). Education:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience. Pay Range:

$83,430.00 - $201,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
