About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team as a Software Engineer III.
• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with our business objectives.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring that solutions meet the required standards and quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Analyze and refine system requirements and designs to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Apply information security principles throughout the development process to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Promote best practices in ServiceNow Update Sets and Catalog Items.
• Develop complex ServiceNow workflows and catalog items to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry standards.
• Support complex integrations to and from ServiceNow to enhance its capabilities and functionalities.
• Identify, develop, deploy, and provide post-implementation support for infrastructure and application technologies.
• Apply systems thinking and analysis skills to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT operations and build experience within a ServiceNow enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow update sets and workflows.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and IT Operations Management.
• Experience working with APIs (inbound/outbound) and integrating with third-party systems. Technical Requirements:
