System Software Developer:
We are seeking a skilled System Software Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software, as well as the configuration and support of hardware systems across our client clinics. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with senior technical staff to develop proposals, evaluate alternative approaches, and provide technical leadership to other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate alternative system designs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Develop, modify, and maintain complex software applications and their associated hardware.
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation, including system requirements, designs, and resource inventories.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and external support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and three years' experience, including one year demonstrated technical experience.
- Experience working in healthcare technology and managing custom developed and vendor-supplied applications.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and project management techniques.
- Excellent communication, meeting management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Scope: The successful candidate will be responsible for remediation of customized ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other related components, as identified in health assessments. This may include correcting scripts with issues such as hard-coded IDs, eval() method usage, and console.log() debugging methods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Experienced in development using JavaScript and familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
