ServiceNow Developer with module HRSD

SNOW Developer Job Description Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications. Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SRM, HRSD, CSM) to create efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to support HR processes and workflows.
• Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
• Configuring HR service catalog items, workflows, and automation to streamline HR processes.
• Implementing effective solutions to meet business objectives. Requirements:
• Good knowledge in Java Scripting and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, jelly scripting).
• ServiceNow Certification. Soft Skills:
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proactively proposing alternate solutions to customers.
