Title: ServiceNow AIOps Location: REMOTE Duration: 6+ Months Contract (with possible extensions)

Required Skills 7+ years of IT experience with atleast 3 years specifically focused on ServiceNow AIops/ITOMP Proven expertise in ServiceNow Event management, Operational Intelligence and CMDB/CI relationships Sound understanding of Monitoring/Observability tools and integrations Hands on experience with ServiceNow business rules, script include and flow designer Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in operational monitoring Certification on ServiceNow CSA, CIS ITOM/Event Management Key responsibilities Able to design & implement ServiceNow AIOps capabilities in ServiceNow ITOM. Experience implementing Event Management, Operational Intelligence and Health Log analytics Architect and Implement AIOps use cases by integrating ServiceNow with other event sources like Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk etc Collaborate with stakeholders across Infra, application and service management to align on AIOps strategy Design and configure even co-relation rules , noise reduction, anomaly detection Please send your resumes to: vikas.k@eagleiitech.com
