Title: ServiceNow AIOps Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow AIOps capabilities within our organization. This is a 6+ month contract position with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow AIOps capabilities in ITOM. Implement Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Health Log analytics. Architect and implement AIOps use cases by integrating ServiceNow with other event sources such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Splunk. Collaborate with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Application, and Service Management to align on AIOps strategy. Design and configure even correlation rules, noise reduction, and anomaly detection.
Requirements: 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow AIOps/ITOMP. Proven expertise in ServiceNow Event management, Operational Intelligence, and CMDB/CI relationships. Sound understanding of Monitoring/Observability tools and integrations. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow business rules, script include, and flow designer. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in operational monitoring. Certification on ServiceNow CSA, CIS, and ITOM/Event Management.
