  • Having sound understanding on ServiceNow Discovery phases
  • Hands on experience on different cloud discovery methods
  • Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and configuring ITOM CloudDiscovery solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
  • Roles & Responsibilities - Experience on ServiceNow Cloud Discovery technology with heterogeneous environments.
  • Hands-on experience on managing, configuring, upgrading MID servers
  • Able to understand customer environment, locate and map all of the IT assets by scanning the network and using recognition software or custom build scripts to identify all the components within
  • Experience in troubleshooting data to day discovery issues in ServiceNow
  • Load required key pairs and certificates for Code Signing.
  • Prepare Circle of Trust certificates.
  • Import and install certificates for Circle of Trust.
  • Create Code Signing key pairs and certificates.
  • Specify custom rules in ECC firewall.
  • Provide Root Cause analysis on incidents, Performing complex Tasks in Virtual environments
  • Analyze on end-end System performance issues
  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements to support ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Generic Managerial Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CloudDiscovery and integration with third-party tools and system
