As a ServiceNow Principal Engineering Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with engineering counterparts and executive stakeholders to design solutions that delight caregivers and add value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services
• Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and preferences
• Work with engineering teams to develop and implement solutions
• Manage the release and establishment of solutions and services in our ecosystem
• Support and connect with caregiver communities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent education/experience)
• 8+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ServiceNow platform, modules, and service offerings
• Audit management, compliance, and ITIL certification
• Healthcare industry experience
• Agile engineering environment experience
• Product marketing skills
