Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to play a lead role in workshops, gathering business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Gather requirements from the client.
• Conduct demos and working sessions with the client.
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes.
• Help define customer processes.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow and industry best practices.
• Draft Agile stories from business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM). Requirements:
• ITIL Certified.
• ServiceNow CAD.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience as a business process consultant or business analyst for ServiceNow projects at a ServiceNow Partner.
• Strong process understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
