Solution Architect: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions with a particular focus on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers.

Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module will be pivotal in delivering solutions that meet client needs, delight users, and drive tangible value for our business investments.

You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.

• Leadership and Advocacy: Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals, NFRs, and applicable architecture and engineering standards.
• Engineering Craftsmanship: Possess passion and experience as an individual contributor, responsible for the engineering designs and technical feasibility of solutions.
• Customer-Centric Engineering: Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs.
