• *Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Oscar Associates Limited (US). This is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence two days per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and other methods.
• Create and manage complex workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and maintainability. Required Qualifications:
• ~5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong command of JavaScript and custom scripting.
• ~ Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• ~ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including integrations and data architecture.
• ~ Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• ~ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ~ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist in HAM, SAM, or Discovery Desired Skills and Experience:
• ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSA, CAD
